OANA Membership

When a CRNA is a member of the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA) with an Oklahoma address, they are automatically added to the membership list of the OANA. For those CRNAs who reside outside of Oklahoma but wish to have their "state" membership in Oklahoma, they can contact the AANA Membership Department and make their wishes known.

In addition, there is a place on the AANA Membership Renewal form that will allow you to change your state affiliation. Membership dues for the OANA is included in the fee paid to the AANA. The AANA returns a substantial portion of the annual dues back to the state association, so there are no additional fees associated with state membership.

So, if you listed Oklahoma as your "state of record" in your AANA application, then you're already a member of OANA!
