Jonathan Alvarado, MS, ARNP, CRNA

Jonathan is a native from Guayaquil, Ecuador where he obtained his early education. Jonathan attended Florida International University and Barry University in Miami obtaining a degree in Nursing Anesthesiology. He currently provides anesthesia services in Providence Regional Medical Center in Washington state as an independent CRNA. Jonathan has practiced anesthesiology in a variety of settings across the country and has extensive experience in cardiothoracic, obstetric, and regional anesthesia as well as interdisciplinary collaboration and departmental culture.   

  


 

 

 

Tom Baribeault, MSN, CRNA

Thomas Baribeault is the founder of the Society for Opioid-Free Anesthesia (SOFA) and is currently serving as President. SOFA is a non-profit organization dedicated to education and research on opioid-free anesthesia and post-operative pain management. Thomas currently practices in Atlanta, Georgia and is responsible for implementing opioid free anesthesia and post-operative pain protocols. He received a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the Ohio State University, a master’s of science in nursing and anesthesia residency from Case Western Reserve University and a doctorate in nursing practice and pain management fellowship from the University of South Florida. 

 

 

 

 

 

 Lisa M. Riedel, DNP, MS, CRNA

 

Lisa M. Riedel is the director for the University of Tulsa Doctoral Program of Nurse Anesthesia. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Michigan, her Master of Science in nurse anesthesiology from the University of Detroit Mercy and her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Robert Morris University. She served on the AANA Diversity and Inclusion committee, she is a poster and scholarship reviewer for the AANA Foundation, she is the AANA Foundation advocate for the State of Oklahoma, and serves on the NBCRNA Board where she chairs the Communication Committee. She was the keynote Dorothy Brangman speaker for the 2019 AANA Annual Congress. She has published in the AANA Journal and NewsBulletin.

Tracy Paul Young, CRNA, MSNA, MBA

Young Graduated with his Master in Science Nurse Anesthesia from Texas Wesleyan University in 2000 and immediately began his practice providing services to several facilities in Louisiana. 

His practice was very autonomous, and he provided OR and OB coverage for medium-sized hospitals. 

Young also received a Masters in Business Administration-Healthcare from the George Washington University in 2008 and is currently the CEO of YPS Anesthesia.  

His time is divided between clinical and administrative duties as he oversees the operations and growth of YPS Anesthesia and its subsidiaries which includes exclusive anesthesia contracts at over 50 facilities in 4 states and over 350 anesthesia providers. 

He also has diverse investment holdings inside and outside of healthcare.

Young is the Past President for the Louisiana State Association of Nurse Anesthetist as well as sitting on several other for profit and non-profit boards.
